Can I Track My Order?

For UK orders Sexy Belle use a tracked Royal Mail service so we always know where your order is. Once we have packed your order and it has left our warehouse, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. To track your order go to https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking code. If you have given Sexy Belle your phone number, you will receive a text message to keep you updated on your order. For overseas orders (non UK) you must purchase tracked shipping when you place your order.

How Long Is Delivery?

Below are the current delivery times for orders, once they have left our warehouse:

UK Customers:

• 1st Class Service - 1-3 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 24 service)

• 2nd Class Service - 3-5 working days (Royal Mail Tracked 48 service)

Overseas Customers:

• EU orders should be delivered within 1-2 weeks, after dispatch from our warehouse.

• Delivery to countries outside of the EU should be delivered within 2-3 weeks of dispatch.

Please note we allow 28 days for orders to arrive for overseas customers, as your order may pass through customs.

Can I Get Next Day Delivery?

Yes, you can have next day delivery provided you place your order before 2pm. Any orders placed after this time will not be processed and shipped until the following day. The item(s) must not specify that it will ship within a specific number of working days, as these items are not available for next day delivery.

What Is The Returns Policy? 

For UK customers we offer free returns on website orders. For overseas customers, items can be returned at your own postage cost. Items must be returned within 28 days of placing your order. To return an item, please place your items back into the packaging and seal securely. If you have received a returns label you simply stick this on the front of the package. Otherwise you should use the return address as follows:

Unit 4, Scandinavia Court, Chain Bar Road, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, BD19 3QW, United Kingdom.

Please note, lingerie and nightwear can only be returned if unworn and in pristine condition. All tags and labels should be attached to the garment and it should be in the same condition you received it in. Toys and hosiery can only be returned if unopened. We will not accept any return if the seal has been tampered with or broken. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of your returns parcel.

Can I Exchange My Order?

Instead of receiving a refund, you can choose to exchange your item. Exchanges are only available for UK Sexy Belle website orders and will only be accepted if the returned item is unworn and in pristine condition with all tags attached. You must return your order with 28 days of placing the order, to qualify for an exchange. To exchange an item please fill in the returns paperwork you received within your parcel and you can also email our customer service team at [email protected] 

When Will I Get A Refund?

We always aim to refund you within 7 working days of receiving your parcel but this may differ during busy periods. We can only process your refund once the parcel has reached our warehouse, where it is inspected thoroughly. To get your refund processed quickly and to avoid delays, we ask that you do the following:

• Fill in the returns form thoroughly with all the information you can, including the order ID and your full name

• Double check the returns address. You should be returning your order to Unit 4, Scandinavia Court, Chain Bar Road, Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, BD19 3QW, United Kingdom

• For overseas customers, you must ensure you have paid the appropriate return amount for postage

What Happens If My Order Is Wrong?

What Happens If My Order Is Faulty?

All Sexy Belle products are high quality and checked for perfection before shipped but in the unlikely even that your order is faulty, please get in touch. How Do I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you change your mind and wish to cancel or amend your order, you must let us know quickly. You can email [email protected] or call 0844 818 0058. We can only cancel or amend an order before it has been dispatched. Once your order has left our warehouse it cannot be cancelled or changed. You must wait until it has been delivered and then return the item to receive a refund. 

How Are Your Sizes Listed?

All of our lingerie and nightwear is listed in UK sizes. If you are a non UK customer please see our international size guide for help selecting the correct size.
